inconsistent experience At a high price

staff attentiveness negative attributes

The room was beautiful. It had everything i needed for a relaxing vacation.

I was Very disappointed on my return visit to this hotel. It has lost so many of its positive attributes, in particular attentiveness of staff.

messy pool area broken parasols

the pool area showed a noticeable decline it was messy with rubbish and broken parasols i also saw missing tiles in the pool the grass looked long it reminded me of the hotel adopted a boozy culture which i didn't appreciate waiting for drinks and food took too long

inflatable mattresses poor sea view

jhaymar and menaka were friendly. they provided good service to my family.

the sea view room i booked was like a waste. about 90% of the rooms have balconies, but i didn't get one, instead i had a view of a wall. the mattresses was like they were inflatable, and this affected sleep quality.

wasted money inflatable beds

the breakfast had plenty of options i thought the staff worked very hard especially with all the christmas and new year period

i opted for the sea view room it seemed like a waste of money i think 90% of rooms have balconies so i was surprised to not get one a wall mostly blocked my view we also had the worst beds i ever experienced they felt inflatable and affected my sleep
